Logistics Specialist I 

El Paso, TX (Local Candidates Only) 

Bilingual English/Spanish Required 

Must currently be authorized to work in the US 

What you'll do: 

• Handle phone calls and emails related to shipments and logistics 
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries, and inventory.
• Schedule carrier pickups and follow up on deliveries 
• Communicate with customers, brokers, suppliers, and inventory carriers 
• Maintain accurate records, shipping documents, and inventory counts 
• Update shipment statuses, ETA's, and logistics data 
• Scan and organize documents electronically 
• Assist with domestic, export, and raw material logistics 
• Help resolve shipping delays and transportation issues

What we are looking for:

• 1+ year of logistics or shipping experience preferred 
• Bilingual in English & Spanish 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 
• Detail -oriented with problem-solving abilities 
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office 
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
• Must be able to lift up to 25-50 lbs. when needed
