We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a hands-on warehouse and materials support role. In this position, you will help keep operations running smoothly by receiving, moving, storing, and preparing materials with accuracy and care. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, products, and supplies.
• Move materials to designated locations using manual methods or powered equipment as required.
• Pick, pack, and stage items for shipment, production, or internal distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, materials received, and materials issued.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks, containers, and other delivery vehicles.
• Organize storage areas to support efficiency, cleanliness, and safety.
• Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect materials.
• Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and quality standards.
• Support team members with general warehouse or production-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or materials handling preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required by the role.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills for orders, labels, and inventory counts.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems or inventory tracking tools.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a busy work environment.

Work Environment

• Hands-on role in a warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or similar setting.
• May require standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• May involve working around equipment, moving vehicles, and varying temperatures.
