Mid-West Textile is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support transportation, shipping, inventory movement, and supply chain operations at our El Paso facility.

This is an on-site position located in El Paso, Texas. Applicants must currently reside in El Paso or the immediate surrounding area. Relocation assistance is not available.

The Logistics Coordinator will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory movement, maintain logistics records, and work closely with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to support business operations.
• Schedule and track freight pickups and deliveries.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate logistics records.
• Generate shipping, inventory, and transportation reports.
• Maintain shipment documentation and records.
• Support warehouse, production, and purchasing teams to ensure material availability.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and transportation requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping and receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, AS400, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and data entry skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
