Warehouse Supervisor (El Paso, TX Candidates Only)

Mid-West Textile is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and support a safe, efficient, and productive work environment at our El Paso facility.

This is an on-site position located in El Paso, Texas. Applicants must currently reside in the El Paso area or be able to reliably commute to the facility. Relocation assistance is not available.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse personnel, coordinating workflow, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting operational performance goals.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Lead, train, coach, and support warehouse employees.
  • Monitor productivity, workflow, and order accuracy.
  • Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Customer Service teams.
  • Assist in resolving inventory discrepancies and shipping issues.
  • Monitor equipment, facility conditions, and operational readiness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management.

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment.
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
  • Experience in manufacturing, textile, distribution, or industrial environments.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives.
