We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented professional to support the movement, organization, and tracking of materials throughout our operation. This role plays an important part in helping ensure inventory is handled accurately, work areas remain organized, and production or fulfillment activities stay on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, label, store, and distribute materials, supplies, and products as needed
• Move materials using appropriate equipment and safe handling practices
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and documentation against order and inventory records
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies or damaged items
• Keep storage and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Prepare materials for production, shipping, or other internal departments
• Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and other inventory control tasks
• Follow established procedures for material handling, safety, and quality requirements
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or materials handling preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed in a physically active environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Familiarity with inventory systems, scanners, or shipping software is a plus
• Ability to work safely and consistently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling equipment
• Knowledge of warehouse organization and inventory control practices
• Experience supporting shipping, receiving, or production operations
• Good communication and time management skills

Work Environment

This position may involve standing, walking, lifting, and frequent movement throughout the shift. The work may take place in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing setting, or similar operational environment. Attention to safety, reliability, and teamwork is essential.
