Bilingual Human Resources Partner Retail

Position Overview
We are seeking a collaborative and people-focused Human Resources Partner to support a dynamic retail environment. In this role, you will work closely with leaders and team members to deliver practical HR guidance, strengthen employee engagement, and help foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, brings strong interpersonal skills, and is comfortable balancing day-to-day HR support with strategic partnership.
Responsibilities
- Partner with retail leadership to support employee relations, performance management, and team development.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in a clear and consistent manner.
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and orientation activities to help new team members succeed.
- Assist with coaching managers on employee engagement, workplace concerns, and communication strategies.
- Help manage employee relations matters by gathering information, documenting conversations, and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Support compliance efforts related to employment practices, labor regulations, and internal policies.
- Contribute to training initiatives that promote leadership capability, teamwork, and a positive employee experience.
- Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in retention, performance, and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support organizational goals and operational needs.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish with employees, managers, and candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated HR experience in a retail, multi-site, or fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employee relations, and employment practices.
- Ability to build trust and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with HR systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Sound judgment, discretion, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
