Vintage Sorter
Join our team and help bring order, accuracy, and efficiency to a fast-paced production environment. In this role, you will support the handling, evaluation, and organization of vintage or pre-owned items to help ensure each piece is sorted according to established quality standards and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Inspect items for condition, style, category, and other key attributes.
- Sort merchandise according to established guidelines and quality criteria.
- Identify items that require cleaning, repair, tagging, pricing, or special handling.
- Maintain accurate records and follow sorting procedures consistently.
- Support inventory organization and help keep work areas clean and orderly.
- Communicate any damaged, unusual, or high-value items to the appropriate team members.
- Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and quality goals.

- Basic understanding of item grading, categorization, or sorting systems.
Work Environment
This role may involve standing for extended periods, lifting and moving items as needed, and working in a warehouse, stockroom, or sorting facility. Success in this position comes from being detail-focused, dependable, and able to maintain consistency throughout the day.
