ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Assist the onsite HRBP with the day-to-day operations of the HR function.
- Assist employees with routine questions. Serve as first point of contact for non-employee relations communications.
- Conduct employee onboarding, employee changes in status, and off boarding, including preparing digital documentation (PAFs), routing for signature, etc.
- Perform safety program related tasks within the warehouse. Monitor the warehouse for safety training compliance, including walking the sites multiple times per day.
- Ensure management and safety trainings are delivered on schedule and ensure employees have taken requisite trainings. Run reports to show overdue training for employees.
- Assist HRBP during benefits Open Enrollment.
- Assist HRBP and Office Manager during employee engagement events.
- Ensure internal driver log is accurate and complete.
- Perform clerical tasks, including scanning and filing of sensitive employee information.
- Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
